Ballet
Join Caroline for an extended ballet class of 90 mins. Not suitable for complete beginners, but otherwise all welcome.
Barre and Fitness Combo
Join Katie for a combination class – approximately 45 mins of Barre Fitness, 20 mins of dance fitness and 20 mins of Pilates. Mats and equipment are provided. Suitable for all abilities, adaptations and alternative exercises can be offered.
Tap
Join Beverley or Sarah for a fun tap class with warm-ups, technical exercises and a routine. Not suitable for complete beginners but otherwise all welcome.
Musical Theatre Dance
Join Sarah or Beverley for a fun hour of warm-ups and a routine to songs from musicals. Suitable for all.
